Two different funding paths. Anyone can book this service privately — just ask for our community transport rates. NDIS participants may have transport funding in Core Supports; note that we are an NDIS service provider and not an NDIS registered provider, which affects how a plan can be used.
No. Non-NDIS community transport is available to anyone in our service areas, booked and paid for directly.
Transport funding sits in Core Supports and is usually paid as a set periodic amount based on your level of activity. Where a support worker accompanies you, provider travel may be claimed differently. We will explain exactly how we charge before you commit.
Yes. All drivers doing school and child transport hold a Working with Children Check, and we confirm handover arrangements with you in writing.
