Seymour anchors the Lower Goulburn region, and it is part of our core service area rather than an outer edge of it. Regional families are used to being an afterthought — long waits, cancelled appointments, services that quietly withdraw. In child therapy that pattern is particularly damaging, because a child who has begun trusting a practitioner and then loses them is worse off than one who never started.
We built our schedule specifically to avoid that. If we commit to Seymour, we cover it.
This is a service area, not an office. We are a mobile service. Sessions and supports are delivered in agreed therapeutic spaces, the family home, schools and community venues — we do not run a public drop-in office here.
Specialist care often means a trip to Melbourne, and a V/Line journey plus connecting transport is not realistic for many families. We provide door-to-door transport for metropolitan appointments, with a worker who stays with you for the day where that is what you need.

Yes. Play interventions for children from around three years of age is available here on a scheduled basis, not as an occasional visit.
Yes. Door-to-door metropolitan transport is one of the services we are asked for most in Seymour, and a worker can stay with you for the appointment.
Yes. We support households across the Puckapunyal area and understand that postings can mean supports need to start and stop at short notice.
No. We are an NDIS service provider but we are not an NDIS registered provider, and we do not hold registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. NDIS-funded supports are provided where the participant’s plan and funding arrangements allow — generally for self-managed and plan-managed participants. Full detail is set out below.

Our NDIS registration status. Chitambo Multisupport Services is an NDIS service provider. We are not an NDIS registered provider and we do not hold registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
We provide NDIS-funded supports — including NDIS Support Coordination, Core Supports and Capacity Building Supports — where this is permitted by the participant’s plan, funding arrangements and the applicable NDIS requirements. In practice this generally means we can work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Participants whose plans are NDIA-managed are required to use registered providers for those supports.
If you are unsure how your plan is managed, send it to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help — including when the answer is that you need a registered provider instead.
Counselling and play interventions lead our work here, alongside family, disability, aged care and community supports — all delivered by our own team rather than subcontracted out.
