A clean, safe home is not a luxury — for a lot of the people we support it is the difference between managing independently and not managing at all. Our cleaning is delivered by trained support workers who understand disability and ageing, not by a general commercial crew rotating through.
We work across Melbourne’s northern suburbs and the Lower and Upper Goulburn region, and we can usually start within a fortnight.
Anyone for whom household tasks have become unsafe, painful or simply unachievable — including people managing chronic fatigue, mobility limitations, chronic pain, psychosocial disability, vision impairment or recovery after a hospital stay. Also families under pressure who need the household to stop being one more thing.
Three ways to pay for it. Privately, with no funding required; through an aged care package or program; or, for NDIS participants, usually under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. Send us your plan and we will tell you honestly whether the funding is there.
We visit, look at the actual rooms and agree what gets done each visit. No generic checklist.
You pick the days and times. Where funding is involved we confirm the hours against it so there are no surprises.
You get a consistent worker who learns your home and your preferences.
No. Plenty of our cleaning clients pay privately. Funding simply changes how it is paid for, not what gets done.
Often, yes. If your disability means you cannot safely complete household tasks yourself, cleaning is generally funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. Note that we are an NDIS service provider and not an NDIS registered provider, which affects how your plan can be used. We are happy to look at your plan with you.
Not at all. Plenty of clients prefer to be out. We can arrange secure key access or a lockbox, all documented in your service agreement.
Yes. One-off deep cleans, spring cleans and end-of-lease cleans can be booked separately from any regular schedule.
Tell us and we will change them, no awkward conversation required. Getting the match right matters more to us than filling a roster.
