We deliver therapy, family, disability, aged care and community support across the Goulburn Region and Melbourne North - Craigieburn, Epping, Wallan, Seymour and surrounds.
We work in two connected areas: the Goulburn Region — Lower and Upper Goulburn — and Melbourne North, the northern growth corridor across Hume, Whittlesea and Mitchell Shire. We have deliberately not spread ourselves across all of Melbourne. Depth in these communities is worth more than a thin presence everywhere.
These are service areas, not office locations. Chitambo is a mobile service: therapy and support are delivered in the settings that work for each person — agreed therapeutic spaces, the family home, schools and community venues. We do not operate public drop-in offices in these suburbs.
That corridor is one of the fastest growing parts of Victoria, and service availability has not kept up. Families north of the Metropolitan Ring Road are routinely told there is a waitlist — particularly for child counselling and play-based therapeutic intervention. We built our practice around that gap.
