We are a local provider, and we mean it literally. Our support workers live in the same corridor they work in, which is why we can offer short-notice cover in Craigieburn and still reach Seymour on a regular schedule.

That corridor — Hume, Whittlesea and Mitchell Shire — is one of the fastest growing parts of Victoria, and provider availability has not kept up. Plenty of participants north of the Metropolitan Ring Road are told there is a waitlist. We built our roster around that gap.
