Our Services

NDIS Transport & Community Transport

Safe, reliable transport to appointments, programs, school and community activities - for NDIS participants and for people outside the scheme.

Community Transport Services Non NDIS

Transport is the barrier that quietly undoes everything else. A support plan is worthless if you cannot get to the appointment. We provide transport both as an NDIS-funded support and as a straightforward community service for people outside the scheme.

What’s Included

  • Travel to medical, allied health and specialist appointments
  • Transport to day programs, community activities and social groups
  • Pick-up and drop-off for children and family members, including school runs
  • Shopping trips and help getting the shopping into the house
  • Support for people with mobility needs, including assistance in and out of the vehicle
  • Non-NDIS community transport for older adults and families

Who This Is For

Participants whose disability prevents them using public transport independently, families without a second vehicle, older adults who have stopped driving, and anyone in the Goulburn region where public transport options are thin.

Two different funding paths. NDIS participants may have transport funding in Core Supports. Everyone else can book the same service privately — just ask for our community transport rates.

Safety Standards

  • All drivers hold a current Victorian licence, police check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Working with Children Checks for anyone transporting minors
  • Vehicles are comprehensively insured, serviced on schedule and kept clean
  • Drivers are trained in safe transfers and manual handling
  • We confirm every booking the day before

Frequently Asked Questions

How is NDIS transport funded?

Transport funding sits in Core Supports and is usually paid as a set periodic amount based on your level of activity. Where a support worker accompanies you, provider travel may be claimed differently. We will explain exactly how we charge before you commit.

Can you take my child to school?

Yes. All drivers doing school transport hold a Working with Children Check, and we confirm handover arrangements with you in writing.

Do you cover the Goulburn region?

Yes — Seymour, Wallan and surrounding towns are core to our service area, alongside Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

What if I use a wheelchair?

Tell us at booking. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your equipment safely, and we will be upfront if we cannot.
